PROGRAMS
Nationally, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc has programs which unite our brotherhood to have an impact globally. At the chapter level, Pi Psi Lambda engages in community partnerships to positively effect our communities. Our signature programs are outlined below.
The A-TEAM
The A-Team serves as a youth development program for students in grades 6-12. The A-Team is affiliated with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.'s Pi Psi Lambda Chapter with support from the Quincy Alphas Education and Leadership Foundation, Inc. With an emphasis on mentorship and leadership development, members of the A-Team attend monthly workshops which may include speakers, field trips, or community services. The Brothers of Chapter serve as mentors to the students during their time in the program.
